AFFILIATION PROCESS
Each membership year brings the challenge of achieving a record year of membership growth for HOSA-Future Health Professionals. The HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors, Executive Council, and HOSA Headquarters staff are ready to assist in meeting this challenge. Let us know how HOSA Headquarters can be helpful.
The Affiliation Process is online and is easy!
- The first step in using the online affiliation system is to have your local advisor (typically a health science instructor at your school) complete the NM HOSA Chapter Registration Form.
- Once you have completed the form, form please email NM HOSA Chapter Support at nmhosa.jshovlin@gmail.com to request the charter number and password for access to the affiliation system.
- If your chapter was affiliated last year the charter number and password should be the same.
- With your chapter’s password and national charter number, your local advisor can begin the affiliation process by going to the HOSA Affiliation link and entering your charter number and password at the login area.
- Once you have completed the HOSA Affiliation Link above, please email NM HOSA Chapter Support at nmhosa.jshovlin@gmail.com to let us know you have completed the affiliation process!
